We were very satisfied with the room we stayed in. The sofa could be unfolded into a bed. The best thing was that there was a terrace. We drank coffee and tea and chatted on the terrace in the morning and evening. It felt really good value for money. The price was really good for this location.

It was horrendous the customer service is bad you can see the dirt hanging off the windows the picture shown on the site is totally wrong nothing compared to reality . I got bitten my insects and immediately admitted my self to the GP. I had to leave the hotel that day I didn’t stay I ended up spending more money in Italy Milan. They take service tax on the spot €27/30euros. Which they didn’t mention. They don’t show you around like it’s dirty please see the pictures attached. Awfaul never again! 09/07/2024 I was travelling with my toddler and mum everyone was horrible NO WIFI, lift is old and broken, NO AC it’s hazard not child friendly . It looked so wrong like they’d traffic people we had to leave ASAP. When they know they are wrong they start saying don’t understand English never again Italy Milan is disgraceful and DISGUSTING OVER RATED.

We were waited so long and called more then 100 time but no one picked up and no one returned nothing
