Good service

Non-identical photos, very dirty place, very humid room, cracked walls, unhelpful reception, late check-in and double taxes at reception despite showing proof

Choose carefully, there is no hot water in the shower. After leaving it for a long time, there is only warm water, but it turns to cold water in a few minutes! The sound insulation effect is poor. I don't know what's going on on the roof. There is the sound of running water all night long. It's very noisy and I can't have a good rest at all.

The hotel was connected to an old foreign lady in her 50s who spoke fluent English. It was very late when we arrived because we took the train from Pisa. The old lady stayed up waiting for us. Thank you very much! The hotel is near the train station. It takes about 20 minutes to walk. After exiting the Milan main train station, walk in the opposite direction, pass Chongqing Impression Hot Pot, then cross two streets and turn left at the first intersection, and you will arrive at the second row of houses.

The room was tidy and the service was attentive.

A hotel like a guest room. It was neither good nor bad, but we were two guys traveling and mainly planned to walk around the city, so we only wanted the bare minimum when it came to accommodation, so we were very satisfied. I couldn't find a hairdryer.

Thrilled with my budget-friendly stay in Milan! Opted for a shared room at Villa Melchiorre initially skeptical, but it turned out to be a gem. Met wonderful people, enjoyed a great time, and the central location was a game-changer. No regrets—just budget-friendly bliss! 🏨🌟

We had a double bed room with a shared bath and stayed for one night. The bathroom upstairs is very good, and the shower is great. the downstairs bathroom is a bit more murky and feels dirty, but we only used the upstairs one. There is free wifi, but bad reception. You have to pay 5 € for air conditioning, which we did. We had a good night sleep, and it was worth buying. All in all, the B&B is ok for the price you pay. The neighborhood was a bit shady, but we took a taxi to the centre which costs around 10 € in the day.

It all starts before arriving at the facility: After booking via booking I call the facility to confirm and two people who barely speak Italian answer me, the approach was difficult. Once we arrived at the facility the entrance is anything but welcoming, everything is in disarray and as confirmed in the reception the staff with incomprehensible and spiritless dialectic. The room is indecent: two single beds joined together, a smell of leaves from the bathroom. The first evening to take a shower we had to wait 10 minutes before the hot water came out and during the day we couldn't do it because the water didn't come out

To make a long story short, I can describe it in two words: horrible and above all filthy! And I'll stop here, otherwise I'll vomit. I went to the bathroom with black socks and came back with them grey, very unpleasant smell in the room, very uncomfortable bed and smelly sheets. Perhaps it would be suitable as a pigsty

Right from the entrance there is a lot to be desired, but it could be overlooked, very thin walls, you can hear everything, dirty room, single beds pushed together held together by a double sheet, it is passed off as such a terrible experience that no one should have.

I really enjoyed staying in this hostel, the staff is friendly and reserved at the same time. The only flaw: the water is not very hot when you have to take a shower, but overall the experience was very positive.
