We booked at the king mokinba hotel and were very happy to think that we were going to be central to everything tourist in Milan, when we arrived, the surprise that they had prepared for us with the hope of enjoying a few days in this city, they told us that they were sending us to their other Milan hotel “Baviera mokinba” because this one had a problem and they did not have rooms available, the supposed hotel was much further from the center on foot and thinking that we did not have to take public transportation they forced us to do it every day, paying for it ourselves. They did not have any details after the inconvenience (giving us transportation or inviting us to a buffet breakfast since we had not booked it) the least they should have done was notify us before our arrival at the hotel at least a day before and we were not happy By not doing so, they did not show any deference to this inconvenience. My mobility was reduced due to a discomfort in one foot that prevented me from walking much, so we paid for a more central (more expensive) hotel and in the end they accommodated us in another.
