Hotel & Residence Quark Due Milano

I know the Quark Due Hotel well, I've been there several times for health reasons it's close to the IEO and I've always had a good time, the last time was April 2022 but now the hotel is closed and it's not written anywhere, I walked past it a few days ago , Closed with the chain without any sign

The reception is very welcoming and kind as are all the staff. The rooms are a CRAP. I slept on the sofa bed in the room and the sheet didn't even stick to the bed. Also in the room was full of ants. Bad room but all compensated by the location and with the food they serve for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Lunch and dinner prices too high. I don't know how they gave it 4 stars.

Pessima esperienza. Ho scelto questa struttura perché convenzionata con lo IEO. Appena arrivati hanno sbagliato a consegnarci le camere. Invece delle due singole prenotate ci volevano dare una camera matrimoniale. Risolto questo problema, ho scoperto che nelle sere successive, che dovevo tornare in hotel a seguito dell’assistenza a parente appena operato, non avevo la possibilità di cenare. Se chiedete di cambiare dei soldi perché il taxi non ha da cambiarli, non c’è verso di avere un aiuto. In più l’unica cena fatta (cotoletta e patate fritte) secondo loro mi veniva addebitata per 37 euro!!! C’era un errore nel conto e alla reception non solo non se n’erano accorti ma me la volevano far pagare comunque perché ormai lo scontrino era stato fatto!!!! Chiesti per due volte i cestini della colazione x asporto perché sarei uscita prestissimo la mattina è ancora la colazione non era disponibile e mai me li hanno preparati, ho dovuto chiedere ed insistere per averli. Quindi, molto ma molto sconsigliato, e aggiungo che se la gente deve lavorare così forse è meglio se chiudono!!!
