The main thing here is location. The room is average and not many amenities but it is a ten minute walk to the Milano Duomo and galleria Emmanuel. The shower was uncomfortable but they cleaned every day and we had no problems.

Ce n’est pas du tout un hôtel 4 étoiles…la seule chose valable est l’emplacement si vous cherchez à être en plein fashion district entre dior et hermès…j’ai été reçu à la réception par une femme habillé avec des vêtements sales!!!! Les chambres ont besoin d’être rafraîchis…si vous y allez quand même choississez la suite 46 vous aurez une terrasse plein soleil mais par contre la nuit vous aurez un vrombissement constant comme si vous étiez dans 1 avion (les moteurs des air conditionnés doivent se trouvent derrière le mur de la tête de lit) bonne nuit !!! Vraiment pas un 4 étoiles !!! Ni velvet ni Grey !

Not a Quad!
This was a cute 2-level room in the heart of the Fashion District. It even had two bathrooms and a private little outdoor terrace. However, we booked this hotel because it stated it was good for 4 adults. It was not! It had a large bed for two on the lower level and stairs that led to a small bed on top which was only good for 1 person. When I brought this to the attention of the receptionist, she brought up an inflatable mattress. The first night, the mattress deflated so my daughter basically slept on the hard floor. A different air mattress was brought up the next day but the air mattress was definitely what we expected in a "Quadruple" room.

Overrated
Hard to find. Quite a few steps before elevator. Not a friendly welcome. Due to a storm the power went out during the night. It didn’t return before I left and so neither did hot water, WiFi or AC. There was nobody at reception at all. This is not a hotel but rather a few of the top floors of an old building made into rooms. Designer style but overpriced IMO
