1. The breakfast receptionist was not in working condition. Before the hotel executives came, 4 or 5 people gathered together in the breakfast room to chat, and the plates were not collected in time.
2. The quality of the food provided by the restaurant is not as good as it was in the past. As a hotel with a price of 10,000 yuan per night, it is not up to standard, which is more obvious than the hotels of the same price in Milan.
3. The equipment and facilities are old and the maintenance has not kept up.

Pranzo speciale in una location unica ambiente raffinato e personale che ti accoglie con gentilezza e simpatia Quando siamo a Milano torniamo sempre volentieri per una raffinata colazione o un gustoso pranzo Per me risotto alla milanese e costoletta di vitello impannata nei grissini. Tutto perfetto! Per mia moglie visto le sue intolleranze un buonissimo risotto e degli ottimi asparagi con mousse di ceci! Buonissimi! Per finire un particolare dolce vegano… tortino di cioccolato e gelato al lampone! Caffè con biscotto di pasticceria gentilmente offerto! Tutto semplicemente fantastico! Siamo stati in questo Hotel per un afternoon tea. E' stata necessaria la prenotazione ma hanno soddisfatto le nostre richieste sia per quanto riguarda una scelta vegetariana sia per la richiesta di non proporre dolci con frutta. Il tea ottimo e servizio impeccabile. Il personale è stato cortese e non invadente per tutto il tempo , musica a basso volume e locale bellissimo

Bellissima struttura, spazi comuni molto estesi e molto belli, il giardino e’ spettacolare. CAMERE MODERNE PULITISSIME E MOLTE CON VISTA SPETTACOLARE. Servizio buono. Colazione perfetta, ristorante mediocre. CI SONO STATO PIU VOLTE IN PASSATO. Non amo la posizione.
