I received a letter with a request for automatic filling with a payment card, with all the data. The hotel is paid for in advance, why such requests. It was already in a similar hostel, not in this one, when they withdrew money a year later. Therefore, such a request is inappropriate. The girl at the reception is angry, gave directions to an uncleaned room. Again, again - in the wrong place. And only on the third try I got to a free cleaned room. I checked in at 18.00 It's already evening. Young people run into the room without knocking, to clarify a free room. Cleaning is good in the morning, but after 11 a young man runs in and practically only changes the bed linen, without wiping anything. There is no system. The room was described earlier. The hooks on the curtain are torn off, the magnet is only on one side. There is no ventilation. I managed to open the window and it became easier to breathe the next day. The toilet has a leaking tap - a shower for sanitary needs. There is no real manager, the door is soaked, swollen, closes with difficulty, with noise. There are 8 people in the room. It is difficult. You need to take napkins for cleaning and a small towel for your face.

The reception looks halfway fine, but when you enter the rooms and bathrooms it is something terrible. Everything is very dirty and disorganized, there is a bad smell everywhere. The capsule where I stayed had a damaged door and ceiling, everything was dirty and additionally the bathrooms were dirty without supplies. The breakfast is the only thing I can appreciate, but the way they handle hygiene with the dishes is terrible, they half wash them and leave them there again. The price is high for the poor service they provide.
