As others have said, the check-in counter is on B1, which is inconvenient for people with large luggage, but for the price with breakfast included and the location is good, it seems there is nothing to complain about.

We stayed in the double deluxe cabin with my friend and it was very comfy (don’t expect too much room though because it’s quite tight for two people, but still clean and comfy).
The bathroom was clean as well as everything else; staff was super friendly and multilingual and they even offered free welcome drinks. Breakfast was great (cornetti, cereal, toasts and coffee).
Around the corner there were many options, we had a bruschetta nearby that was to die for.
I’ll definitely stay here again if I’m back in Milano!
