The staff was very friendly and courteous. They gave me all the directions I needed. The room (or cubicle) was very nice. It had good lighting, outlets, and a decent duvet cover. It also had a locker (it's important to bring your own lock). The only problem was that there was only one bathroom and shower for the entire apartment, and the bathroom had a peculiar smell, but it was clean. The hostel is conveniently located near the central station and about a half-hour walk from the Duomo.

The double bed was terrible, it was two single beds joined together and people would get stuck in the gap between the two beds!

Very good accommodation, very good breakfast
It's a shame that in the cabins (where the bed is), the screen stays on (which makes it light up when you sleep, even though I like to sleep in the dark).
