Radisson Collection Hotel Santa Sofia Milan

Service: I stayed in Italy for 10 days, and this hotel has the worst service. There is no room cleaning, and the swimming pool is also very dirty and very small, like a footbath. There are few parking spaces, and the door is not obvious and is not an automatic door. You need to go to the front desk first to open it. The roads in Milan are very roundabout, and there are many restricted areas. I drove around three times before I could drive in. The cars in the parking lot are parked randomly, and there are no parking spaces. . The front desk phone can never be dialed. At first, I thought the front desk was too busy to answer it. It was not until I checked in and waited for my family at the front desk that I found that the front desk deliberately did not answer it. I just pretended that I could not hear the phone ringing all the time. The most outrageous thing is that the front desk charged two more days of room fees and admitted that it was wrong. First, it promised to refund it within 5 working days, and then refund it within 14 working days after five working days. There is no integrity. The breakfast variety is also average. I don’t know how it is hung with five stars. . . Thank you Ctrip for helping to deal with the problem with your heart. They promised that if the hotel does not refund, they will refund it. Fortunately, the order was placed on Ctrip. I hope that those who see the comments will avoid this hotel.

Breakfast is OK. Convenient location

The hotel is in a great location, about a 16-minute walk to the Duomo Cathedral, which is convenient for sightseeing. There is a Carrefour supermarket a few steps away from the door, and several Italian restaurants nearby are also very delicious. The hotel's internal facilities are complete and perfect, and the quality is guaranteed. The breakfast is the richest one on this trip. The hotel has an underground garage, and the front desk can help buy Milan City Tickets. When we stayed for the second time, they took the initiative to upgrade the room, and the service staff were also very nice. Highly recommended!

The room is nice, it's about 10 minutes' walk from the church, not particularly central, the breakfast is rich, there is a gym on the underground first floor, the swimming pool is closed for private activities, the staff are very friendly
