Don’t book, if you have reconsider! Agent advised in apartment description it had AC and if cancel booking 30% deposit would be lost. Arrived to find awful complex and apartment had aircon in ONE room only, nothing in bedrooms. Furthermore it didn’t work and was apartment was very dated despite being told it had been refurbished! Went to reception to complain and ask for money back as we wanted to find another place which we did at our expense, agent instead of complying with my request as a dissatisfied customer called owner and they wouldn’t give money back. After some discussion, owner gave only half of what was due to us and we are still owed monies. They are going against there own T&C’s is it doesn’t state anywhere that the full monies would be paid if we were not satisfied and are now not answering my requests for my money to be repaid. Very unfair and illegal!!
