We weren't too sure what to expect when we arrived at the hotel but we were extremely pleasantly surprised. The Hotel is full of character both old and new and has an amazing infinity pool at its centre. we were shown to our beautiful room which itself featured a small plunge pool, surrounded by cactuses (cacti?). The hotel was a perfect base for us to explore the local areas of Ses Salines, Santanyi and the many beaches within a 20 minute drive. The staff were friendly enough and the food was ok (would recommend eating in Ses Salines or Santanyi instead) but i would say that you need a hire car to make the most of this gem!

Un servicio increíble con gente super amable y profesional, una habitación espectacular y las vistas inmejorables. Felicidades por la comida porque de verdad que estaba deliciosa y las bebidas no se quedan atrás. La sauna muy relajante y las piscinas preciosas.

Trato nefasto por parte del personal y del soporte técnico, reservas con un precio el day pas u al llegar te cobran otro , y no te Dan explicaciones ni una , poca profesionalidad y una actitud digna de un hotel de 1 * no de 5 , las instalaciones necesitan un lavado de cara, y el personal sonreír un poco más y. Tener un minimo de ganas de trabajar

Uma experiência que não desilude. A localização do complexo, as instalações mas sobretudo a excelência e o serviço do staff fazem deste lugar única. Muito boa a qualidade da comida e a diversidade de lugares para relaxar e desfrutar da Natureza. Altamente Recomendável

El enclave es mágico y único para desconectar desde el primer momento. El personal es muy amable y atento. La piscina una maravilla y comimos muy bien. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y la decoración cuidada. Las almohadas me gustaron mucho también.

Absolutely fantastic. We had a problem first night we got here our room was not available so went to another room and upgraded for 3 nights after. got complementary meal first night. The staff were so nice and helpful the whole time. My wife spoke to the owner who was so attentive and helpful just like all the staff who we spoke to they are just doing their job perfectly. Thank you for locking after us x

The hotel is... fine. The main area is beautiful, with a nice pool and bar. The food is very average and expensive. The room my family was placed in was located a few minute walk (or 1 minute drive) from the main area. This particular building had it's own pool area as well, which was nice, but the building and rooms seemed very cheaply put togther. Our room, in particular, had very loose floorboards, we found a nail sticking up out of one of them (which was a hazard for our 1 year old). The location of the hotel in general is in a bit of a random rural area (which I guess is in the name)
