The view from the accommodation is the best!!!!!!! It's really nice to take a walk around the area, but it's not soundproof. You can hear the snoring from the room next door very easily. The bedding is damp and smells like it's hard to sleep. It's nice that they provide breakfast and dinner, but one of the restaurant staff is very upset. Hey^^
I have great memories because of the nice view ;)

As my title suggest, it’s a beautiful hotel with nice and clean facilities, great view of the ocean and relaxing pool areas with great drinks. So if that’s what you’re after, go ahead! If you have fancy tastes palettes, look further. I would summarise the hotel as, quantity instead of quality. Maybe it was due to our Swedish tastes palettes, but both me and my girlfriend went to the nearest restaurants instead. So the title says it all.

Nuestro paso por este hotel ha sido genial, desde la limpieza, el buen estado de la piscina, la localizacion y la preciosa cala que esta dentro del complejo. Queremos destacar sobre todo el trato recibido por todo el personal de hotel, en especial a Curro y Vicente por haber estado pendientes en todo momento y habernos ayudado en todo lo que pudieron. 10/10 Nothing but perfect. Food, service, area, beach... Adult hotel. Breakfast and evening dinner was enough. Remember to book the Italian and grill restaurant if you want to try something else than the main buffet. The entertainment was very very good. Live music every evening.

Lovely hotel and staff are lovely. The only downside is the food, we were half board and only ate once in the buffet restaurant and once at La Trattoria (supposedly Italian Restaurant) which needed to be pre booked, the restaurant IS NOT an Italian restaurant and it was chaos and we were unsure what we needed to do. We waited an age for our wine and because of this experience we cancelled our other bookings. The location is beautiful with two blocks of rooms opposite each other and we were overlooking the beautiful turquoise sea and beach. You need to be up early if you want a sun lounger around the pool. I have pointed out the negatives but there are a lot of positives and I would 100% recommend this hotel

excellent hotel, room clean and beds comfortable i enjoyed the food a bit of something different every night. the staff were excellent the best staff i’ve ever come across at a hotel very helpful and friendly special mention to alyssia and jaco who were always bubbly and up for a chat playing cards with us etc. entertainment was also excellent ( the bruno mars tribute was my favourite) in a wrap i would highly recommend.

Really couldn’t fault this hotel. Very clean, amazing choice of 6 restaurants and great staff. We found that the food on offer in all of the restaurants was of a very high quality and the choices in the main restaurant varied every day. The sushi being freshly made by a specialist sushi chef was not something that is usual at a hotel buffet in our experience , there were live cooking / grill stations and attention to detail in the presentation. Would recommend paying for the My favourite club for these reasons : the breakfast area - superb view of the cove also staff there are 1st rate - Elvira the manager there is worth a special mention. The Fancy bar and terrace decking are quiet and a little more private, there are also sun beds in a garden area just off the main terrace which is lovely. Unlimited soft drinks throughout the day, and a bottle of red wine in the room is a nice touch. Late checkout and use of a guest shower room on the last day is great if you have an evening flight. The Housekeeping and cleaning staff do an amazing job, the entire hotel is very clean and our room was always ready upon return, with fresh bottles of water, the aircon set to cool and a few other nice touches. The location of the hotel is great with easy beach access and excellent views from the sea view rooms and an easy 5 minute walk into Cala Egos town. We would not hesitate to return and could highly recommend this hotel.

The beds were great so comfy, the room was clean and big enough. The food was good but the drinks were basic (the cocktails were a poor versions of a cocktail) The top pool area was dirty and in need of a clean and the steps into the pool were unstable or simply not there. The bottom pool looked great but you couldn’t get a sunlounger and it was a bit like love island!! Lots of steps to get to the beach, the best pool, snack bar or Al la carte restaurant. The entertainment was good and didn’t keep you awake all night. The staff were fantastic and made our holiday but it’s not a 4 star it’s more a 3.
