Nel mese di Agosto abbiamo soggiornato presso il Gran Leon di Colonia San Jordi passando una bellissima vacanza. Mi sento in dovere di segnalare questa struttura moderna ed elegante circondata da uno splendido giardino che , ci ha garantito standard di altissimo livello e qualità. L Hotel si trova in una posizione strategica sul mare e vicino alle spiagge. I servizi : 2 ristoranti,Piscina con acqua di mare, lettini , Spa , palestra sono di livello elevato. Le camere sono confortevoli, silenziose, molto pulite e belle. I 2 ristoranti e la loro posizione con vista al tramonto, offrono una cucina di ottima qualità e con un servizio di colazione incredibile per varietà e qualità , una tra le migliori da me trovate. Ma quello che fa la vera differenza è lo Staff in toto , eccezionale in ogni singolo reparto che, garantisce alta professionalità abbinata a grande cordialità e supporto continuo per ogni necessità. Ringrazio personalmente tutto lo Staff e in particolare la responsabile della reception M. Carmen per la squisita accoglienza e la continuità disponibilità che ci ha garantito. Torneremo presto per rivivere questa bellissima esperienza

L’hôtel est très moderne, avec de grands espaces communs, les chambres on une bonne dimension, salle de bain moderne et lits confortables. Belle piscine. 2 restaurants excellents. Personnel très sympathique et compétent . Les défauts: La ville où est situé l’hôtel n’est pas passionnante. Il n’y a pas de plage devant l’hôtel la baignade en mer est possible par un escalier qui descend dans la mer. Attaque de moustiques tous les soirs !!!!

모든게 완벽했던 호텔이에요. 객실 컨디션이 정말 훌륭하고 발코니에서 수영장까지 이어지는 동선이 편리했습니다. 신경쓴 조경을 보며 산책하는 재미도 있고, 호텔의 수영장과 이어지는 해안 산책로와 해변이 벌써 그립네요.
제 인생에서 경험적으로도 시설적으로도 가장 좋았던 리조트였습니다. 마요르카에 또 오게 된다면 반드시 다시 올 생각입니다.

Great service, friendly staff, clean rooms, property is very well maintained. We loved our stay at this hotel. It is nearby a street with shops and restaurants which was great for our afternoon walks. Also, one of the best breakfast buffets I've ever had. Would definitely go back again!

We had a wonderful 7 day stay at Universal Grand Leon and will definitely be returning. The breakfast is one of the best we have ever had and after a few days the staff knew our coffee order without asking. All of the staff are very friendly and all very helpful. We really enjoyed the jetty straight into the beautiful sea as it was steps away from our very comfortable sun loungers, which there were plenty of and you did not feel the need to reserve. We used the Spa and I had an amazing facial with Mercedes which I would recommend. The beach bar is one of the best places to watch the sunset.

An absolutely beautiful hotel. Rooms are immaculate and cleaned constantly. Pool is fantastic and always enough beds. No need to have towels down early. Quiet and respectful at all times. Classy at all times. Sectioning of pool bar is first class and drinks are gorgeous. We could not find a single thing to moan about. Brilliant holiday and have recommended it to all our friends.

Es un hotel maravilloso en TODOS los sentidos. En general el ambiente es acogedor, en las habitaciones no falta detalle, los colchones son cómodisimos, no faltan en ningún momento del día toallas, además son muy tranquilas, no se oyen ruidos. El restaurante tiene una carta de comida variada y cocteles así como de bodega excelente. El spa está muy bien equipado y la calidad de las terapeutas muy buena. Estuvimos en media pensión y la cena era cada día variada y con platos de gran calidad. La atención de todo el personal del hotel marca la diferencia con otros hoteles de la misma categoría, desde que haces el check in es EXCELENTE! Sin duda repetiremos.
