We stayed a week. Had a great experience with customer service. The breakfast and room. Would state again.. it was quiet and clean

First off, the staff was helpful and the young lady on our first night was very accommodating with an additional pillow and additional blankets. For the room and building overall, for almost $200 a night, I expected a far better and much nicer and updated. The building and rooms need a refresh badly, everything was very outdated. The rooms were heavily outdated and the sofa bed was probably the WORST bed I have even felt as well as filthy; the TV, although numerous channels, has lines in the picture and a remote that kept dropping its batteries. The pillows were also terrible and it felt like I didn't even have one. Again, $200 a night was rip-off and at most this is an $80/night hotel for the condition of the facility and rooms. The biggest issue was the breakfast, again for nearly $200 a night, I expected far better and did not expect a sign that said that "it would cost $30 per person to take your breakfast to your room." For my family, that would have been a $180 charge for breakfast. Thankfully there is a Black Bear Diner and Waffle House nearby, do yourself a favor and go there or even the nearby gas station. All in all, the room was just used to sleep and I will not be coming back or even recommending this place unless you invest in some serious upgrades.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Run-down building without a penny of renovation from the corporation that operates it called Midwest Hospitality Inc. The staff are indifferent and do as little as possible, mostly interested in playing on their phones instead of actually working and providing good service to customers. Rooms weren't stocked like normal hotels with expected quantities of towels, soap/shampoo, toilet paper, etc. Everything was shortchanged, insufficient, or missing altogether. The couch in our room didn't even have the side pillows on it, they were missing. The pool was disgusting with dirt and debris all over the bottom. This hotel conveyed a general disregard for cleanliness and generosity to the guests.

They did not have towels in the swim area. Went to the front and asked for some they said they didn’t have any. I went to my room and was going to get our bath towels but there was only one. I had 4 people enrolled to stay in the room. I guess everyone was asking for towels because when we were done swimming they hung a sign saying no extra sheets or towels. We didn’t not have sheets for the pull out bed and the mattress looked old and dirty! It was 36 degrees outside and no extra towels. It was very cold going back to our room and then no towels to shower!

It was over all a good stay. Only downfall really was no extra towels for kids at the pool. Had to use what we had in the room, and for a 2 day stay, we still couldnt get any extra. Other than that, it was good, breakfast was good and had several options. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in OKC.
