I stayed at this hotel for a business trip for a week. The room was constantly humid and damp, so much so that my clothes felt damp when putting them on, my towel would never dry, and the carpet felt damp. The moisture was clearly a constant issue because the room smelled awful. I sleep with a CPAP and the smell lingered in it for weeks afterwards. Aside from that, despite the hotel clearly stating no pets allowed, one room on my floor had dogs in it that barked constantly. The front desk stated they had multiple calls about that complaint but, clearly weren't interested in removing the kicking the folks out. This went on for several days. The most frustrating part of my stay was that I had medication sent to the hotel, which I picked up upon my arrival. Unfortunately, my next round of medicine was also sent to the hotel, about a month after my stay. When I realized what had happened I called the hotel and they claimed they never received it - despite the delivery company having a photo of it being delivered.

The Air conditioner kept cycling on and off. Front desk said had no one there could fix it. Room Stunk send a woman to room and she aggraded it did stink. Free breakfast ran out of food but when their hotels worker showed up they went in back and got food!! Bath room sink didn't drain and shower water pressure was non existent.

I was in town for the 2025 FSU graduation. Like all the other hotels, they price gauged the rooms. This room was not worth what I paid. I had to go downstairs about 4 times, because my room key didn’t work. The front desk
