We’ve stayed in many Quality Inns over the years and enjoyed them, including this one a month ago. Unfortunately, when we checked in on 7/25, we were told they couldn’t check us in because the name on the driver’s license didn’t match the name on the reservation (Lawrence/Larry). Even after showing their email, booking ID and confirmation number. The man at the desk was rude and said he was the decision maker and didn’t care if we stayed there a month before. This has never happened in 45 years of travel. On bad apple can ruin the whole barrel. There are many other choices in the vicinity, just avoid this Quality Inn. All others I’ve stayed in are great!

Staying for just the night for an event on sat. Pulled back the covers and found a bunch of hair. The towels are also dingy they are not white. Called down to the front desk and the lady offered me a sheet to change the bed. Seriously they wanted me to do the job of the people they pay to do a job they clearly can't do. I wouldn't suggest this place or stay here again

AC was too noisy couldn't sleep till turned it off but when we turnedit off, the room get muddy. Maybe just because of the rainy weather. No explanation of Breakfast, Internet access when we checked in. Our stay was just one night so crashed in bed.Bed and lines are clean, they might need to have a new towels.
