Nothing overly wrong per se. Empty toiletry bottles and a sink that doesn’t drain as well as avalanche sounding ice maker(which is nice to have I guess) when it discharges are a few things I can think of. The room however was not even remotely worth the nearly $300/night charge though. Absolutely mind blowing that that is the going rate for this hotel.

Minimal in Midland
Confusion at the desk about my reservation - wrong credit card # (not my card) on the sign in sheet. Room A/C inoperable except for “fan on”. Hot water at sink was a string width - room 215. No breakfast - thought it was provided, but obviously I was wrong. Definitely a lesser experience.

Systems were down, couldn’t check in. Cancelled with ******* and Candlewood wouldn’t allow a refund to us and we never could check in to our room.

The staff behind the desk was wonderful and helpful. M ******* was terrible, I will never use third party booking again. No rooms were available and ******* did not respond to the Candlewood staff to let us know we did not have a room. The Candlewood staff helped us find accommodations at another motel.
