Our recent stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Midland South-1-20, at 900 Crump Street, in Midland, Texas, was excellent! We travelled to Midland for a wedding this past weekend and selected this hotel due to its location next to I-20, the convenience of having Wal-Mart, Starbucks, and a direct route into the downtown area. Our hotel room was clean, updated, comfortable, and relaxing. The best part of our stay was the customer service. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with a smile. The breakfast was excellent! Melinda made sure that the breakfast bar, coffee and juices were always full. The breakfast area was also clean. Melinda was very friendly and welcoming. Audriana and Julisa checked us out on our last day there and they were very friendly. It's quality of care and customer service that will bring us back to this hotel in our next visit. We are very grateful for their hard work and customer service.

It was very clean, and comfortable. The staff was very welcoming and was always working around the hotel cleaning something for the guests to enjoy their stay.

Clean, spacious hotel
This hotel was great! Clean and spacious room. Great walk-in shower. And large gym area with lots of workout machines and choices. Would definitely stay there again.

No housekeeping service help
We were there Thursday-Sunday. Housekeeping never came. We had to go to the front desk to ask for someone to come and get trash on Saturday and Friday and Saturday we had to go an ask for clean towels. We shouldn’t have had to ask for what we paid for the room
