Very modern hotel. Very spacious bathroom immaculate the basic setup of the hotel is very nice. Ample parking even for coach buses and have excellent staff that are very knowledgeable of the area from housekeeping to your front desk personnel. Cordette was very helpful with checking out all the teams that I had to driven down from from Canada

The rooms are small. It’s just a renovated motel, but it is clean and comfortable. It is touted as being a boutique hotel but the food is the same as any cheaper motel. The prices high for what you get But there is nothing close by in the area that I know of.

While the lobby, breakfast area and guest rooms are updated, our room smelled like previous guests had been chain smoking inside for years. Absolutely unbearable smell of cigarettes. It was so bad that we had to send our child to a family member’s house because it was aggravating her asthma. We asked to be moved but were told they were full even though I asked first thing in the morning and was supposed to be contacted by phone since we would be out. By the time we got back and a competent and very nice employee was on shift, we were told it was too late to change and even she was appalled by the smoke smell when she came to see us in our room. We were compensated somewhat upon checkout when by chance it appeared the manager was on duty, but I would never stay there again. A family member who was staying in a separate room also had a mild smoke smell in hers.

Room and overall hotel experience was below my standards. The room AC was awful. Hotel had to replace our refrigerator and TV. Asked for early make up of and request was ignored by maid who did not speak English. Not a good value for 350/night!

On our second visit, we had a very different experience. No pool in July. A very abrasive manager asserted that (1) it was the fault of the municipal inspector who would not issue a permit, and (2) room prices had been adjusted with this deficiency in mind neither of which could be independently verified, and (3) a notice was posted on their Website which I did not see when I visited it. There was only a small sign on the check-in counter. She made an empty offer to release us from our prepaid reservation so we could book elsewhere. Thanks for nothing. Other than this (major) deficiency, the Hub was on a par for what you would expect from a mid-level Best Western. The management requested me to sign a two-page, fine-print mostly irrelevant boilerplate (I skimmed it) which was highly unusual and unnecessary. Hopefully, it will be innocuous, but it was suspicious. This visit will be our last and hopefully you can avoid your first.

Clean room and John at the front desk was very helpful and nice. We would come back again. Breakfast taste like microwave eggs so that could use some improvement. Other than that very nice place. The Manager on at check out Kristin was very nice and we hope the pool gets fixed for our next trip of there.
