Fairfield Inn & Suites Madison West/Middleton

Clean and well run hotel. It meets the standards expected of Marriott properties. The staff is friendly and the breakfast buffet is better than most. Checkin is easy with the Bonvoy app. Good value for the money. Our room was clean and ready for us when we requested our check in time.

They have really nice housekeepers, decent breakfast and really nice staff. They beds are comfy and the TV’s let you connect to netflix / youtube, thank you for everything we will be back soon. Everything was very clean only think we didn’t use was the pool but next time we will

Check in and out was fast. Friendly front desk staff. Hotel is very clean and modern. Room was clean and quiet with a mini refrigerator. Free breakfast was ok. Walking distance to shopping area and very close to downtown. Pet friendly $75 pet stay.

A well-run Fairfield Inn. In fact, I prefer to stay here over the large full-service Marriott across the road, despite that I can use the concierge lounge. You know, if it's a work trip, everything is free. All hotel rooms should look the same at 3 a.m.; dark. Parking is closer and I can get to my room faster. The big Marriott is a fine hotel & was the same price. This just fit my needs better. I had stopped eating the complimentary Fairfield Inn because I was so tired of them. This one breakfast sandwiches, which were easy to grab and go. Not as good as McDonald's, but OK. I stayed there two nights. I check in late and was greeted by a women Jenny (??) who was warm, friendly and an excellent ambassador for the hotel. My room (323) had a king bed and a spacious work area with a couch. I'll stay here again.

Rooms were clean and beds were comfy. Check in was easy. Free breakfast was a nice bonus. Nice that this hotel is a trolly stop. Wish I had taken advantage of it. I liked the location. Close to some shopping and a bunch of food options. Would definitely stay again if I’m in the area.

Very clean with comfortable bed. Comp breakfast had nice assortment of hot & cold foods. Nice young man assuring timely replenishment. Night desk clerk needs additional training. Restful night after long travel day.

We stayed one night in this hotel. Hotel was clean. Room was spacious and included a mini fridge. Bed was comfortable. Staff at complimentary breakfast was helpful. Breakfast had good selections. There is a McDonald’s in walking distance. Nice location close to highway. A nice place to stay with friendly and helpful staff.

From the moment we checked into the hotel, our experience exceeded all of our expectations. April and Emily were extremely friendly during the entire check-in process. Never before have we been presented with a welcome gift bag along with a hand written note of appreciation. Very impressive touch. Plus, April and Emily verbally acknowledged us each and every time we walked in or out of the hotel. They were clearly working their entire shift. The recommendations they made for dinner were outstanding. Loved that we were able to receive a free appetizer or dessert at Biaggi’s (across the parking lot) just for showing our room key. This was the cleanest Marriott hotel that we have ever stayed in. We enjoyed multiple greetings and conversations with Derrick (from the maintenance department) who was always more then happy to help us in any way he could. We were so impressed with how this hotel was run that we returned to the area a few days later and stayed for another two nights. We can not say enough good things about this particular Fairfield Inn. The management and staff are all to be commended for making their guests feel truly special.

I continue to look to stay at this hotel, called me by my name and welcomed me right from the start. I love the room, the location, and the staff. The evening person who I cant remember his name on Friday the 25th was amazing.
