I can't rate this hotel poor, although my experience was, because they are trying to bring it back from the brink but you cannot ignore the bathtub I had that could have been cleaner but more that it looked like someone had repaired it with a sledge hammer. But, it was the bottom bed sheet that had brown stains that I didn't notice until morning that bothered me most. Then while the evening desk clerk was very pleasant, the grouch there in the morning was not a pleasant send-off.

The room was clammy and the floor was soaking up moisture from the ground. The AC did nothing to reduce the moisture in the room.

This Motel 6 is much nicer than any motel I have stayed at in this price range in quite a few years.

The room reservation was booked and prepaid one day in advance. The confirmation email and the transaction receipt were received promptly.
During a call to the motel front desk to confirm their receipt of the prepaid booking, clerk advised that it could take up to 48 hours for the reservation to manifest through the reservation system and not to worry.
When I arrived the next evening, the reservation was not pulling up on the in-house reservation system. The front desk clerk on duty obtained the information needed from the digital documents received the night before and checked me into a clean, fresh room.
For this road weary traveler the extra effort meant the world. Thank you!

Front desk people were super cheery and helpful!
Clean and comfortable but nothing fancy.
They had a few items for a take away breakfast such as prepackaged muffins and fruit which was nice

Nicest motel 6 I've ever stayed in. I've stayed in dozens and this was the third on this trip--and by far the nicest.
