The room was large enough for our family, with a great kitchen. The room was very outdated and has seen some serious wear. A little disappointed in that for the rate.

The hotel showing its age for sure. While I understand you are paying for access to the ski slopes the hotel itself is in dire need of some renovations. There is no guest laundry to wash or dry clothes, and several of the on-site restaurants are not included in the epic pass 20% discount. We could not get the room temperature lower than 78° and the answer from the front desk was to sleep with the balcony door open. The A/C was hotter than the heat setting. The toilet in the bathroom was installed at a 30° angle, the shower stall was small and the head was no higher than my mouth. In my eyes the inability to control the room temperature is an absolute deal breaker. We won’t be staying here again..

Great Resort Stay
Clean, quiet rooms, nice views and friendly staff. My only recommendation is that the restaurants open earlier for those of us who have to be somewhere or do something before 7 a.m. A 6:00 open time would be helpful.
