Motel 6 Middleburg Heights, Oh - Cleveland

They are very nice and they are really helpful as far as being accommodating if there's a problem they do all they can to fix it

It’s everything you would expect out of a Motel 6, area is nice though

The people was great the workers was so friendly the front desk lady in the morning was wondering happy and helpful and 2 shift was the same go down there anytime they will help u thanks for a wonderful stay I will be back in November to stay again

The pillows were fine a little flat but the room smelled so good it made up for the pillows very spacious room very clean the staff was so nice I will be back to stay again thank you for a good stay I would say the the people who work there are family and that wonderful

It was clean happy place the workers where all happy and family I would stay again love the feeling there was very clean bed it smelled very clean I would stay there again thank you guys for making it a fun stay

I loved it here so friendly housekeepers talk to you and laugh help u In any l way they can very clean room smell so good the girl in front desk is so nice they make sure u got everything u need I will be back next weekend thank for making me feel safe

The state of the grounds and lobby and the demeanor of the front desk staff as well as other guests may make one feel that choosing this motel was a mistake, but once you’re in your rooms, it feels clean and cozy. The halls and elevators in particular need a facelift. Maybe the 4 stars go specifically to the staff that clean the rooms

Sleep quality: room with queen bed. Comfortable, solid mattress. Only two pillows. Had two disruptions sleeping because some guests were intrusive: around 10:30 PM, a guest was on the balcony talking loudly on cell phone to someone on speaker. At 4:30 AM, a woman was wandering the balcony calling out for “Angelo”. This might have been a specific, unrepeated bad night; read other reviews to check if there is a pattern. Cleanliness: clean. Tub / shower insert is old and has discolored patches on floor. Feel of room: large, warm color accents, engineered wood flooring, basic contemporary furnishings. Easily big enough for two beds, so room looked empty. Only one nightstand total. Small table and two chairs; no upholstered furniture. Very spartan. Basics: small tv (I’m guessing 32”). No refrigerator or microwave or coffeemaker. AC / heater. Safety: area seemed safe. Had no problems. Clerk space in main office is glassed in. Shower (Bath): Okay. I’m 5’8” and showerhead barely cleared me. Pressure was fair. Sink pressure was weak. Bathroom had powered exhaust fan. Hotel / Motel: two story motel with parking on all sides. Around 48 rooms. Possibly only one ice machine for whole motel. Maintained Well? Yes. Steel tread stairs had two coats of paint which were wearing off the treads. The top coat is gray, which feels like an old navy ship.
