It is a relatively economical motel with good service and old things. It is close to the airport. I stayed for one night temporarily. In the past, I said that the fee I booked on Ctrip did not arrive, so I swiped my card again. There are big potholes on both sides of the road. I didn't pay attention when I drove there at night, and hit the road once.

Nice simple hotel conveniently located off the highway on a main road. Lots of places to eat on the main road. Friendly staff, easy check in and coffee in the morning and ice water available all day. Just be aware that breakfast is not served here.

Jackie is the best. Personable, polite, efficient. Walked in with no reservation and had a room in less than 5 minutes. Room was basic but clean. Not a bad place to stay if your flight was delayed and you needed something affordable and safe. Plus Taco Bell is a few parking lots away.

The hotel boasts that it is “smoke free” on all of the websites and in the building but everything smelled horribly of smoke-lobby, rooms, linens. Our room did not have a mini fridge like it was supposed to, which was a problem because we had food with us to travel with. Our shower was also covered in hair. The pictures on the webpage don’t look anything like the rooms in the hotel.

NOT ALL ROOMS HAVE MINI REFRIGERATOR I reserved a room on line when I went to check in I was told I reserved A room with out a refrigerator and microwave. I was give the option to upgrade the room for $10 per night. I was in town on business and was staying for three days.

Ok. No deposit required! No using your 100 dollars for a month or so until they decide to return it. This place is very clean and nice. Everything worked and it was a very nice stay. We will be going to Cleveland for my daughters’ health needs and we’ve found our place to stay.

I really have to say that I have had such a pleasant stay here at the Red Roof, with outstanding customer service by your employee Jackie, she is absolutely the best!! She was able to help me get all of the nights I have stayed, for documentation, and was able to help with anything that was needed, I have to say she deserves employee of the year, such a very great talker, very friendly I would give this 5 stars without a doubt!!!!!!
