Residence Inn Cleveland Airport/Middleburg Heights

I booked at the residence Inn Cleveland Airport. Newly renovated, clean hotel. I did notice that the carpet in the elevators and hallways are dirty. Most hotels don’t have carpet in the elevators. Anywho, it’s a good hotel. Shuttle runs 3pm - 11pm. Wired hours but the rooms are spacious and comfortable. I’d recommend staying here. It’s not much going on around Cleveland’s airport.

The hotel itself is clean and new. But staff is not as friendly. I never write reviews but on this one I had to. We as a soccer team selected this hotel. We try to always select a Marriott. We were sitting in the lobby and conversating normal decibels. A front lady came and told us we need to be quieter as they cannot hear guest checking in…..we were surprised. Again we were not loud and rowdy. If you’re a family with travel sports, I would not choose this hotel as they do not want anyone hanging out in the lobby. I definitely understand if we were a group that were unruly. But you have a loo y set up with a TV for people to gather and yet you don’t want people there.

This hotel had a very welcoming staff and was in a great location. There is a ***** mall in walking distance that has different restaurants. Very convenient location to the airport. My only complaint was the pillows were awful and it was difficult sleeping. They would become flat in a minute. The breakfast buffet was not that good for the price of the hotel.

From the moment I was greeted at the front desk I felt comfortable & welcome. I was traveling alone and only staying 1 night and it was such a treat. The room was spotless & huge. The bed comfortable, the shower good. It was great that beyond the coffee supplies there was a bag of microwave popcorn! Such a simple, inexpensive touch that made it feel quite homey. I'm quick to spot flaws but honestly I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it and without question will stay there in the future. Oh & the complimentary breakfast was basic but plentiful with a number of options. I I didn't use the indoor pool but saw others enjoying it. Close to shops, restaurants and Cleveland Hopkins. Safe neighborhood too.

Room was very clean and spacious. Full kitchen, dining table, 2 queen beds, flat screens in living room & bedroom with streaming options. We overslept Sunday morning and checked out about 40 minutes late with no problems! Will definitely return!

Great hotel. I think it’s new and still building up a base so the value ratio is there- really nice rooms (like nicer than usual in these types of places) but reasonable prices. Very spacious and nicely appointed. The pool is great. Breakfast is ok- free and typical buffet. Would definitely stay again. Did not like the pet fee- 100 is a lot.

I love this hotel; the location was very convenient to me, the property is modern and clean, the entire place is very inviting. The room is excellent and had all the accommodations and the amenities that I needed. The staff are great: ＞ Victor at the front desk was very pleasant and very helpful on all levels, and he understand his job very well, and he is very efficient and prompt, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure the comfort of the guests. ＞ The Food Service: Miss Joana and Mr. Preston: Those two people are amazing; they keep the food service area very clean and very organized and well stacked, they are very pleasant and friendly. ＞ I'm sure there is more people behind the seen, working hard to have this place successful and inviting to me and to other guests. I'm looking forward to meet them on my future stays at this place. The Management of this hotel, should be proud of their accomplishment and of a job well done. I'm looking forward for my next stay at this hotel. Thank You!

This hotel was a pleasure to stay in. . The room we had was very clean and well-maintained. The staff is outstanding. They were very friendly and accommodating. The place just needs a bigger parking lot

This was a very pleasant overnight stay. Only in Cleveland for the night after watching a playoff game. We stay only at Marriott’s and do a lot of domestic travel as we also enjoy hiking and this was comparable to the other residence inns yet I’d say even a little more modern. Met all the basic requirements. Good staff. Well organized complimentary breakfast. I would stay here if I’m for a short stay again.
