The hotel is very clean and quite. Great for a one night stay after a late flight. Staff was very friendly. Scott was super accommodating upon checkin. Room was clean with plenty of space, outlets, mini fridge etc. Downfalls are no airport shuttle and no free breakfast. I didn’t explore the area as it was a quick stay, but it seemed to be a safe area.

This hotel claims to offer “park, sleep, fly” service. In fact, that is the reservation site I used to find it. However, once here I discovered that they don’t offer shuttle service to the airport. Perhaps they allow extended parking, however if you can’t get to the airport, it really isn’t worth it. I highly DO NOT recommend this hotel.

Not cleaned
Never got the room cleaned. Not sure the sheets were cleaned. Most everyone was nice. Very disappointed on the place was not cleaned. Was there for a funeral and just did not have it in us to complain.

We reserved the room because of the swimming pool. Not knowing it was under construction. We went to Walmart and spent hundreds on pool supplies and flotation equipment. No pool. We were not warned on the website or by staff.

Totally disappointed. Pool and other parts of this hotel are under renovation. Arrived in the evening and parking lot to hotel lobby was taped-off and no parking was available. I am requesting a full refund of $139. ******* needs to do a better job of being notified by the hotel of renovations and amenities not being available.
