MainStay Suites Middleburg Heights Cleveland Airport

I booked park, stay, and fly over the phone from a google search. With my military discount I was charged $132 for one night stay and to leave my car there for 7 days. The dates for parking were on my receipt. When my granddaughter and I checked in the guy at the desk told me there wasn’t a shuttle service to the airport which I specifically asked about a 24 hr service since we had such an early flight. He gave me the number for a taxi service and a creepy guy answered when I called. I said I was going to take Uber or Lyft and he said good luck. The guy at the desk also told me my parking was not included in the price I paid previously. The hotel was rundown and smelled and my granddaughter did not want to stay there but he told me he would not refund my money to stay elsewhere. When I went back to the front desk with my receipt showing I had paid for parking dates, he basically said too bad. He did give me info on the shuttle service though that he previously said wasn’t available. DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE you’d be better off sleeping in your car at the metro station. It was a terrible start but ended up a wonderful Mexico vacation!

Older property among brand new ones. Somewhat shopworn, but pleasant.
