Lovey food great staff good beer
Rooms are much better but beds and bathroom could do with update
The car park needs tidying the junk in the car park lets a lovely Sussex pub down

It was in an ideal
Place for where we were visiting. Staff couldn’t do enough for us. Lovely old inn good food However the bedrooms were very basic and lacking in facilities like table or chairs poor decor no toiletries or glasses. Needs a refurbishment in the bedrooms and landing. Margaret sugden

The food at The Bent Arms was wonderful, and so was the service, in the Bar and in the Garden. But because The Northern Lights was being watched from the Garden and next doors Restaurant, my wife and I had no sleep at all. So we left the next morning before we should have, very disappointed. The village is really nice and enjoyable. Edward and Margarita Gibbens.

Lovely pub with excellent staff and service. Old builidng steeped in history and also some quirks. Rooms maybe in need of a little updating. Also unable to get wifi, which wasn't a majot issue except had wanted to watch something on itvx and couldn't. Food for both evening and breakfast was superb and very decent portion sizes! Lovely beer garden

Ideal location with car park. Helpful, friendly staff. Clean, warm and comfortable. Good breakfast. Would stay again if in the area.
