Nice and adequate for the price. Not as dated as some of Best Western hotels across the UK. Suitable for 1 night stay.

Sadly I didn’t end up staying here due to an error with booking. In the website there is a clear icon (paw print) which when previously stayed at best westerns means pets £10 a night. I was then told they didn’t accept dogs & if you click on the paw print it states no dogs (why have a paw print…….totally miss leading) I spoke to the hotel manager directly 4 days before check in. He wouldnt help, I was even happy to stay in a near by best western instead, but he would exchange or even offer a credit to return another time. Awful customer service & website miss leading information

Stayed for one night. Room was excellent , breakfast and dinner were first class and all staff could not do enough to please. Will definitely stay there again, hopefully for longer next time. Special mention of Marina and Donna who were extremely helpful.

First class location as so to visit our son have stayed many times and offer a superb breakfast. The hotel is located just outside Ipswich and has place to eat with easy access to the A14 for business travellers. Local pubs and other places to eat

We held two separate dining parties during our stay, with a diverse range of catering needs. Both were very good, with great food and service. All our dining experiences at Best Western Claydon have been very good. It is something that should be better advertised

All the staff were helpful and welcoming. We only stayed for 1 night while visiting the Parham Airfield Museum and then Sutton Hoo which were not too far away by car. Our double room was very clean and comfortable with air conditioning if needed. The hotel restaurant is closed on Sunday evenings but that wasn't a problem as there is a Pub just across the road which does meals. We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area. We did have a cooked breakfast at the hotel which was tasty.

Very pleasant 5 night stay, primarily to tour and explore a bit of Suffolk. Hotel was very clean and a very comfortable room, with all amenities. We both were very pleased!

Great staff, very accommodating. Reception team willing to help with any customer reasonable requests. Food as always perfectly cooked, with a chef who is very approachable to diners requests and menu enhancement. Highly recommend as a place to stay for business or pleasure
