A very very bad accommodation experience. 1. You call to confirm your reservation and check-in time, but when you arrive at your destination you are informed that there are no rooms available and you cannot check in at the available time. 2. I had clearly completed the payment when booking the room, but they kept saying that I had not paid and wanted to charge me. 3. The room was filled with a heavy smell of cigarettes, the wall stickers were damp, the room for four people only had half a box of tissues, the lighting inside was extremely dark, and the whole room was lit up like a night light. 4. The karaoke music in the back never stopped all night.
