服務人員很好，有禮貌，主動幫忙。
失望的是我訂的湖景房只能探頭望到一小半的湖景，而且床上發現蟑螂。
早餐很豐富。不太要求太高。
酒店外風景不錯，有時間可以散散步欣賞湖景。只是維護不太足，所以有點老舊。

優點：服務人員親切，房間很大、清潔的頗乾淨；早餐還不錯，滷肉飯好吃！
缺點：是比較老舊的飯店部分翻新，隔音很差、冷氣的功能也不是太好，走廊沒有空調稍嫌悶熱…
