飯店的服務很好很棒，跟下雨天主動提供路線及處理感到滿意，只是因為雨天沒體驗到戶外的設施感到可惜。

覺得早餐餐廳走路動線與座位位置可以規劃更大空間一點！太窄了！而且其實以飯店價位來說，餐點真的蠻普通的！
整體而言讓人驚艷的只有迎賓點心跟房間內的木頭大浴盆！還有「客房服務」很讚（前台服務也是一般）！其他就真的只有普通！

飯店設備服務都很棒，唯一的問題應該是進去的這條路邊都是落石，感覺進去都不知道出不出得來....
如果飯店可以跟政府共同努力來看怎麼整治這條路，可能才會增加遊客進去玩的信心

從台北到台南的旅程中 最美好的回憶
找了好多不同的溫泉旅館 幸好有訂這一家（沒誇張）
前台有禮貌 而且入住當天有颱風 超級大雨 謝謝前台把我升級了更高級在高層的房型 我們真的好喜歡
（停車場協助的前台還有貓窩幫助山里的小野貓）
雙池的房型 木頭味好香 備品充足 床好睡 空間夠大
就是如果房門能有鏈條更有安全感 因為按電梯不用拍房卡 當天晚上有人拉了一下門把 讓我們嚇到（雖然99%是隔壁房間的房客開錯門）
附近有一家很友善 店長熱情也很好的7-11 把我的宵夜都解決了 還推薦了很好吃的布丁

The room was lovely. The complimentary snacks and drinks were a nice touch, and quite delicious. Breakfast and dinner were both excellent. The view from the hotel was pretty. The hot and cold pools are nice, but a bit strange that they close the pools from 12pm-2pm.
