訂的房間是特價房，我想象中的是房間會很小，空間狹窄，當我打開房間，超出想象，房間空間很大，居然還有一個大大的沙發，衞生間空間也大，雖然是無窗房，但是在裏面一點也不覺得悶，有空氣凈化器，空調效果也不錯呢。酒店對面就是綿竹體育館，晚上吃了飯還可以去散散步。服務的話，從大廳到客房，都很有禮貌。大廳的多肉好可愛呀！推薦！！！

前後近十年以個人和他人名義預訂和入住不下20次，本次入住十分不悦！入住後，下午6點40出門前，告知前台空調不製冷，請處理，如果處理不了就更換房間，直到回房間，也未曾聯繫過本人告知處理結果。導致一晚上無法好好休息，考慮到時間太晚，就未聯繫酒店方。綿竹缺的不是資源，缺的是服務、態度和技能。作為綿竹目前數一數二的酒店，再這麼幹，砸的是自己的腳。

那天來得有點晚，前台小李很温柔給開了房，還特意打電話到房間問，服務真心不錯！酒店也不錯方便停車，房間裏乾淨整潔，很滿意，下次還會再來！
