I waited for almost 20 minutes to check in at the hotel at night. There was only one service staff member to handle it. I was very unhappy to be left aside; 2. There were no children's toiletries in the room. Although there were children's stools, they were broken. When the child stepped on them, half of them fell off. I was scared to death; 3. The bathroom is tilted, and the toilet is very close to the wall. I am 164cm tall. If I want to sit on the toilet and bend over to look at my phone, my head has to be against the wall. You can refer to the pictures for the specific distance. Anyway, the toilet is very uncomfortable; 4. There are only two very small bottles of mineral water in the room, and the kettle is also very small. 0.6L, the water-boiling cabinet is far from the socket, and the drawer partitions in the cabinet are also movable. Anyway, the design is not very reasonable; 5. The room is not soundproof, super soundproof, I was woken up several times a night, and the voices in the corridor were clearly heard. When I checked out the next day, I could hear the sound of water flowing in other rooms when I passed by the corridor; 6. The breakfast was chaotic. When I checked in, I was told that breakfast was from 7 to 9:30. I arrived at the restaurant at 9:10. The restaurant was very small and there were no seats. I found a temporary table in the corridor and sat down. The milk was gone, and there was no milk cup. There were not many dishes, and many dishes were gone and not refilled. The whole restaurant was overcrowded. You had to queue up in the noodle and steaming area. I finally found a cup with food residue on it. In short, the room rate of more than 600 is really not worth it. However, the festival may be better. The overall operation and management really need to be improved a lot.

I booked it for my family. Although I didn't go there, I heard that the room, environment and hygiene were very good. And the rice noodles for breakfast are delicious! I will book this next time I go to Mianyang!
