服務：工作人員都很盡責，前台小哥哥給升級了房間，工作人員耐心調試設備，時間原因沒有體驗特色項目小姐姐送了手辦

房間衞生和周邊環境都很好早餐也不錯，但是房間的空調真的太難用了風特別大沒法調小，另外就是蚊子特別多被咬慘了。

總體還不錯，和家人一起在酒店拍了不少照片，大人體驗了抄經，小朋友體驗了做香包和手串，早餐還可以免費打包到房間吃。

設施：設施還是比較齊全，智能客控比較方便
衞生：衞生總體不錯，但是對細節比較在意的客人來説可能還有待提高
環境：環境不錯，比較典型的中式風格，就是走廊沒有空調，晚上蟬鳴大聲比較影響睡眠
服務：我自己也是做民宿酒店的，高下立判服務是真沒有什麼好説的，該有禮貌還是有，但是就沒有但是了……價格也不算貴，要求太高了好像也不合適。禪意類民宿應該具有的精髓沒有，不是穿一身禪意的工作服就真的有那個調調了哦。希望相關領導多學習一下，越做越好吧

酒店本身很有特點，各方面配套也可以，升級的湖景房視野不錯，管家問題響應速度也快，唯一不足可能是房間熱水不夠熱（已經開到最熱）並且水有點小，頂噴很多孔像堵住了一樣
