床品很舒服，床墊是金可兒的，比峨眉山某五星酒店的好；拖鞋是定製的；但這些比起窗外的風景，都略顯普通了。套餐的烤肉和湯鍋很好吃！贊前台小何！

訂了兩間房，一間親子房一間雙床房，體驗都非常不好，感覺員工培訓欠缺，服務態度敷衍，一直用“忙”當藉口來應付客人，前台服務員連幫客人拍張全家福都直接拒絕。房間裏沒有垃圾桶，還得跟管家發微信討要，管家説本來應該有的。估計客房保潔也是很忙，就減少配置，少幹活不就沒那麼忙了嘛!客户體驗是什麼?不關心無所謂吧!環境説是挨着仙海，其實就在鄉下，湖邊修了很多民居，看上去亂糟糟，整體很村。大堂裏很多小孩子玩沙子，弄得地上到處都是，老年人踩上去説不定會滑一跤。號稱“無煙酒店”，但大堂還有幾個年輕女孩子旁若無人地抽煙。茶室裏打麻將、打撲克，嗑瓜子嗑得到處是瓜子殼。這樣的環境辜負了“禪驛”這個品牌，比樂山的“禪驛”差太遠了。

前台楊雪管家服務超貼心！響應快，還幫我們免費升級了房間。酒店的風格是中式庭院風格，房間靠湖早上起來就可以看到廣闊的湖面。住宿體驗舒適，旅行超滿意，五星推薦！

房間打掃得很乾凈，開門見湖，景色很好！！設施很新全屋智能，整個酒店的佈局和設計看得出來每一處都十分用心，一步一景的感覺。晚餐點了烤肉好吃，早餐也很豐富，我們9:30才去餐廳，菜品依然很齊全，綿陽米粉也是必須打卡了。總的來説很滿意，物超所值！！！

環境：房間的露台正對湖面，鳥語花香，靜謐美好
設施：房間的床品，布草，投影設施都超出預期
