不是 酒店很臟很臟 就是把東西扔進垃圾桶裏 就説什麼很臟了要付清潔費了 浴巾上是有飲料殘渣 這是臟的吧 又把垃圾找出來 你住酒店乾淨整潔 一塵不染 弄出老師是我們顧客的不對 我們還要重新付清潔費 呵呵 原本經常來就是因為對酒店前台設施之類的覺得挺不錯的 這次這樣 不會再來了 你槓就是你對

清明假期第一天晚上入住，9：30左右帶小朋友洗澡，熱水放了至少10分鐘一直不熱，温度略高於手温，趕緊給小朋友穿上衣服聯繫客服，座機撥打、手機攜程撥打，至少10個電話無人接聽。成年人洗漱完畢再次撥打前台電話，終於有人接聽，告知水位太低無法洗漱，對方回覆今晚滿房、鍋爐兩個均已打開也無法滿足,此時已晚上10點，讓等待晚點再洗漱，水位可能會高點。1、滿足不了供需就不要賣那麼多房出去；2、前台可以離開崗位幾十分鐘沒人替換，況且還不是凌晨； 勸退 勸退 勸退
