本來過年回家滿心期待帶着家人來這裏，結果期待沒有，變成一堆無語。
1，衞生不好，看圖片，感覺很久沒有維護一樣。水龍頭上銹跡斑斑，衞生間為沒有門。
2，沒有熱水！能想象在大冬天住酒店，結果酒店沒有熱水嗎？服務員讓放久一點，結果半小時了還是沒有熱水。給換了2間房都是這種情況！到第二天我們退房的時候還是沒有熱水！也沒有人跟進這個事情，建議後面訂酒店的朋友先問問他們有沒有熱水哦！
3，號稱温泉酒店，結果是衹能泡一次温泉，就很離譜，之前去過很多温泉酒店，基本住酒店的都是無限次泡温泉，完全沒想到這裏衹能泡一次，睡前本來打算再泡一下，被服務員拒絕並解釋衹能泡一次，震驚，當然後來我翻看訂單了裏面確實寫了衹能泡一次。挺無語的，這麼偏的地方，酒店又是這樣，怎麼好意思叫温泉酒店呢？應該是住酒店贈送温泉一次！
4，温泉開放的挺多的，池子也很多，水也不錯。但是整體服務人員很少，各個温泉之間也沒有放置浴巾的地方，必須在一開始出去的時候帶上一條，然後就沒有了，從頭到尾就一條，不知道是人少偷懶還是一直這樣設計的，感覺有點浪費這麼好的温泉資源了。
最開始訂是打算去西安，後來看漢中也有，還是排行榜第一名，哇，結果就是這樣，真的挺失望的。

房間很大，還有陽台和茶几，這點特別好，衞生間和洗漱間、洗澡間都是分開的，面盆水有點小，但是洗澡間水很給力，美中不足是洗澡間地勢有點高，水會向洗漱間和衞生間流，希望改進。7點到9點的免費早餐因為睡過頭了沒去吃，不評價。下午26元的自助餐，米飯炒菜味道一般，麪皮和菜豆腐很好吃。温泉不錯，可惜住一晚衹能泡一次。

酒店加温泉套票性價比比較高，停車免費，就是周圍吃的比較少，想自己吃點好的得開車去勉縣縣城，大概八九公里遠.
