PLEASE READ LOADED NEEDLE FOUND There are many things wrong with this establishment starting off with my wife dropped her phone behind the bed so we had to pull it out just a little bit and she pulled up a syringe by the orange cap. If it would not have had the cap she would have been stuck with a needle that was God knows what. When we told staff they came to the room I showed them they left the room didn't lock the door ( we had checked out ) anyone's child could have walked in there and picked it up and stabbed himself. It seemed like such a normal thing for them . I waited around for hours waiting on a manager to be refunded for only one of my two days nobody showed I then had to call the police to have the needle disposed of. They refused us the checkout when we asked I said she couldn't do it that early.I asked to get an ice bucket they said they didn't have any extra I literally was looking at them above her head in the office and said they're right there We were told that the ice machine was not to be used to fill a small cooler.. I also caught the young lady sleeping on the job. My door lock was broken from day one. Fortunately I know other ways to lock the door. And the place was absolutely filthy. I hope it allows me to add pictures because this place needs to be condemned it is a danger. The only positive thing I can say about this place is there was a gentleman that worked third shift I believe his name was Alex or Andrew good guy. Helped me with the little things like changing my TV over so I could game.
