From check in to check out, excellent customer service. Lobby and rooms very clean and comfortable. Location right in the heart of town, with direct link to the FREE Metromover to Bayside Market place and Brickell Shopping Center. You can even walk to these both areas under 10 minutes if u prefer. WHOLEFOODS GROCERY is just right around the corner for your daily needs and CVS 4 minutes walk away. There is a restaurants nearby. South beach is UBER drive away under 10 minutes and cost about $10 US.. overall this is suitable for everyone and saves u money on transportation

Hotel liegt, aus unserer Sicht recht gut, zentral zwischen Down Town und South Beach. Mit Uber ist alles recht zeitnah erreichbar. Hotel ist absolut top und das Personal super freundlich und engagiert…1x Problem mit der Klima und einmal lief die Spülung an der Toilette…gemeldet….binnen Minuten behoben! Top Service! - Am Abreisetag konnten wir unsere Koffer kostenlos an der Rezeption einlagern und noch den schönen Dachterassen Pool nutzen. Frühstück mit knapp über 20$ aus unserer Sicht zu teuer. Resümee….das Hotel kann man jederzeit empfehlen….Gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Parkplätze sind auch vorhanden….anderst als in der Beschreibung beschrieben 

We will stay here again when we come back to Miami. The hotel service is very good, we arrived very early in the morning, the hotel still tried to help us find a vacant room for us to check in. There are big supermarkets, pharmacies and monorails that travel around the city for free within a few minutes of walking. I will still live here next time.

Modern interiors and spacious rooms. Our window was dirty so couldn’t see anything out from the 15th floor. Although the building looks new we heard pipe noises frequently. That was annoying. Gym and pool are great. They don’t give complimentary drinking water bottle in room but there’s a water fountain next to the gym which is open 8am - 8pm. Make sure you have a reusable bottle. They don’t have steam room or sauna. They say city view for the pool and gym but you say residential buildings in the front and hotel. But you can do sunbathing. Front desk staff and other staff is friendly and have a smiling place always. The cafe, lobby and rooms have stunning interiors. The outdoor cafe at the back is a great place to hang out. I’d stay here again if I get discount :)

The staff are all kind and go beyond the normal . I felt like family. Breakfast was simple though croissants were great , and pineapples were very delicious. There are board games on the top floor. It would be great if they had more laundry machines and some bicycles. The cerviche at the restaurant was innovative

Excellent location with a Publix supermarket just across the carpark (2 minutes walk) to get easy daily stuff or snacks. Very close to Brickell city centre. Rooms are clean and spacious with nice views. Rooftop pool is nice but can get busy at times so have to avoid peak hours. Gym is spacious with great view of the city skyline. Love this hotel and will definitely stay again!

It’s clean. A space like this in Miami is very large. It’s the same as what you can see in the pictures. It matches the actual situation! There is breakfast and a gym downstairs. It is very convenient. It is very close to the city center. It is also very convenient to take a taxi. It is just downstairs.

The hotel is located close to the Inner Harbor and includes breakfast, which is pretty good. However, the rooms facing the main road are too noisy. I could hear the roar of motorcycles in the middle of the night and couldn't sleep well.

The staff are friendly and helpful. only thing is that it is next to a construction site and can get noisy during the day.

Super downtown! 5 minutes walk from the mall, very safe. The interior design of the hotel is very beautiful and modern. The room is small, but I can accept it for this location. The system in the room is controlled by an iPad, the system is very smooth, and there is Chinese, which is very considerate. The service attitude of the front desk guy is very good! No breakfast, buy it alone for 23 dollars, but there are many restaurants and cafes around. Recommended.
