I'm 68 years old. I have been in all 50 states. I have been to 32 different countries outside of the United States. Never have I had a more professional and enjoyable experience than I have had here during my stay at Dua. The courtesy and incredibly warm hospitality offered to me by way of Santi, JP, Geraldine, Travar and Guillermo exceeded any experience previously encountered in my history of travel. Exceptional! I believe when you look at photos of this hotel including the ones that visitors have taken that the pool area is not quite captured in its essence and it would be hard to do so because it is so magnificent on such a grand scale that it will be difficult to present as it must be experienced. For a practical point I will tell you that the rooftop pools are enhanced bu decor however keep in mind there is construction in the area. Even late in the evening. However do not let this be a deterrent because this will be your experience wherever you stay in downtown Miami. It is unavoidable. My room faced the construction and I never heard it when I was inside, only when on the roof of the pool and it was no big deal. The gymnasium is the largest I've ever seen in a hotel with the latest state of the art equipment. I had spaghetti pomodoro in their restaurant along with a complimentary cheesecake for my birthday. The cheesecake was lighter than air, succulent, and put me in the position of having to ask whoever in the world made it to please marry me. LOL. One final note. There is only one thing that upset me and that is the fact that they have security cameras in the lobby. This put me at a disadvantage to wanting to take home the mattress. Haha. I don't think I ever slept better. I congratulate everyone on their incredible achievements with offering the very best that Miami has to present and believe me Miami has a lot of options.
