DO NOT BOOK IF YOU WANT ADEQUATE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Please be aware they require a full week's notice in order to receive a refund for a cancellation. I missed the free cancellation window by mere hours, and the hotel refused to make an exception. Most hotels only require 24 hours notice. I do not recommend and will not make a reservation here in the future. They clearly prioritize quick cash over customer service. That was my experience with Krymwood Flats Wynwood.

The Cozy Hip room I stayed in was tremendously amazing! The hosts were diligently superb. Very clean and I felt right at home, and super perfect location for all the jazzy and classic festivities. I will definitely be returning. Thanks again.

The place is clean and ok. Great location. The reservation and Check-is system, is complicated Terrible customer service, I have been trying to get my deposit back. No visible staff, not even a security guard
