1.The bed sheets were not clean, furthermore I found a black short under the duvet which means the bedsheet never changed from the previous occupier?!! 2.There was no tea bags in the room, When I asked for 1 tea bag I have been told I will be charged $ 5 ?!!I brought the subject to the hotel management but nothing done about it?!! 3. The air condition was not working 4.the Coffee machine was not working. 5. The staff attitude was very poor and not very helpful.

Great location! It's a 5-minute walk to the free Mover station, which makes it super convenient for shopping, sightseeing, and getting to the airport. They also offer free luggage storage. Just a heads-up, they require a $50 credit card deposit at check-in.

Good location, close to Port Miami, opposite bayside Market and the hop-on-hop-off bus stop outside the hotel. The drawback was no kettle provided, not sure how the guest enjoyed the coffee and tea bags provided as per photo provided. We asked for the kettle but given two bottle water instead. 🤔

There was not heater in the room and it was very cold for us both of us got sick . They told us we don’t have heating system only air condition .The room was not clean

Hotel was horrible, don't recommend it at all, carpet stunk, elevator was dirty, other hair in bed and showers. Overall very bad decision to book this hotel. Will never stay here again

Our room we received was a queen bed instead of a king bed. The room smelled like an old smoking room as well / very musky and overall felt very dingy. The location was nice next to the port.

Stayed here as I was going to the kaseya centre and it was a great location. The hotel itself has seen better days but the room being old was clean.
