Good location, close to Port Miami, opposite bayside Market and the hop-on-hop-off bus stop outside the hotel. The drawback was no kettle provided, not sure how the guest enjoyed the coffee and tea bags provided as per photo provided. We asked for the kettle but given two bottle water instead. 🤔

The rooms are not in optimal condition. At the time of booking, it says it has pool service, but once at the hotel, I realized it had been closed for several months.

The hotel front desk service was very poor. It was the most disappointing trip. We were delayed due to an emergency. We were supposed to arrive at 9pm, but because of the wildfire in Miami, the bus was stuck in traffic until 4am. We were already exhausted, but we were told that the takeaway worth $180 was thrown away by the hotel without authorization. We argued with the front desk, and the front desk said that the takeaway that was more than 4 hours old would be thrown away, but there was no written statement of this policy. Although he provided two breakfasts as compensation, it was not at all the price of our takeaway. The next day we continued to argue with them, and the front desk said that we had to pick up the takeaway on time. The attitude was very bad and suspected of racial discrimination. After calling the police, they only gave us $100 as compensation. I will not choose this hotel again in the future, nor will I recommend it to others.

Just yuck. It just looks old. I guess it was clean but it was too old looking to be sure. The worst thing about this stay is that the breakfast offered is $25 and not worth $10. It should have been complimentary with the room. To pay an additional $25 for powdered eggs and cold pancakes was just ridiculous. I would not stay there again nor would I recommend it.

The hotel is in a very good location, very close to the beach. The surrounding transportation is very convenient. The hotel service is very good. A deposit of 50 US dollars is required by credit card when checking in. The room has a usable area of 27 square meters and a floor height of 2.55 meters. The room and corridor facilities are very old and not soundproof, but the hygiene is very clean.

This was my most disappointing experience. Firstly, I couldn't find the name of the hotel, there was no name outside the building. Secondly, the hotel equipment was very outdated, and the breakfast service staff ignored customers and gathered together to chat.
