My trip was a hustle. First i order 2 rooms with 2 queen beds. I received 2 rooms with a kid bed a a sofa…. Uncomfortable. I paid for something got something else. One of the rooms took me 30 minutes to make the card key to work back and foward going to front desk and room as key wont open. Third. Shower was only hot no cold.. then vanity only cold not hot 😩. Second room was ok no microwave tho….. bad experience and not a cheap place either i give it 1 star

Horrible will never stay again. We had to change rooms 3 times because the AC wasn’t working in none of them. The last room cooled a bit but not much but I was so tired I decided to stay. Worst mistake ever. The bed was so hard and old me and my boyfriend woke up with the worst back ache. I was in so much pain I could not get out of bed without his help. I was crying if the pain in my back and I had a flight an hour after. The lady took forever for the last switch said the computer wasn’t working. This was at 3 am I was so tired and I had a flight leaving at 7. I barely slept 3 hours and it messed up my back so much. The curtains don’t completely close so you’re going to get all the light from the gas station. And the rooms were not very clean. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Hotel chosen for laundry. Stayed for three nights.
Although there is a laundry room, there is only one washing machine and one dryer in the whole building.
Crowded every night.
The people here are not very used to it. Even if your washing process is not completed, the other party thinks that you have washed enough, and will directly take out your clothes and start washing his own clothes. (quite incredible)
The same is true for drying clothes. Your drying time has not yet come, and the other party thinks that you have finished drying, and will directly take out your clothes and start drying his own clothes. (Pretty incredible, especially since my clothes are still dry!)
If you choose this place because of the laundry room, you must have the determination to fight with him: guard your clothes for three hours.

The breakfast, although called "Continental Breakfast", is average.

I am very disappointed with my recent experience at this hotel. After my stay from July 15th to 16th, a hold payment of $180 was placed on my credit card at check-in. However, the final payment for my stay was charged to a different card at checkout. Despite paying my bill in full, I have yet to receive the refund for the hold amount. I have contacted the front desk multiple times, but unfortunately, no one has been able to provide a clear answer or resolve my issue. My calls are either left on hold or I am told the refund is “authorized,” but nothing happens and no one follows up. I find it unacceptable that, as a paying guest, I am still waiting for my money weeks after my stay ended. It is my right to receive a refund for the hold amount, especially since my stay was paid in full with another card. This situation has caused me a great deal of stress and frustration, and I am still waiting for any response from the hotel team. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses the issue, as no guest should have to go through this.

This hotel is nice and clean. It's conveniently located near Miami International Airport. I've stayed there twice and enjoyed it both times. The hotel staff is friendly and accommodating.

With a large group of over 30 students, this hotel was absolutely fantastic! They accommodated our large group, allowed us to use the conference room and lobby space, and allowed us to make room assignment changes as needed. The location is nice as there was a Target/CVS and a few restaurants within walking distance. It’s not too close to the touristy areas of Miami, but for our pre-departure orientation, it was perfect. The shuttle was reliable. The only thing to keep in mind is that you do need to call the shuttle to pick you up from a specific door number at the airport. It leaves every 30 minutes from the hotel, so with our group, we needed to take multiple shuttles. However, it was efficient and the driver was great!
