The hotel is too expensive to have a lot of things to improve, example the lock door was broken, also in the reception the people was not very friendly. Definitely the Latin people are nicer than the local people veey rude, i asked about the invoice and they didnt give me .

It's a great hotel. There are wild ducks and ducklings by the lake. They wait for me to feed them at the dining table every morning for breakfast. The hotel says that they cannot be fed, so we don't feed them. The hotel is great and close to the living area. It is worth recommending.

Located in the Blue Lagoon, the environment is beautiful, the breakfast is good, and it is a pleasure to enjoy the scenery while eating. The room is large, well equipped and clean. The service is great and they are very helpful when you need help.

Jorge was our driver on our way back from the airport, he was very friendly and helpful to me and my family. He got us back to the hotel safely. Would recommend Jorge to others!
