It's an old hotel, what do I mean, really old, but on top of that, it's super dirty. The people at the reception are super rude, Mr. Sergio and Mrs. Belkis are super arrogant, not at all willing to help and literally everything didn't matter to them.
Mrs. Belkis, despite being Latina, is super despotic with all Latinos except people from the USA. If you asked her for something, she wouldn't even let you finish talking before she was already yelling. When I left my bags, she would go out and hand them to everyone and from inside she threw them at me. Extremely rude. Sergio was like he didn't care about anything and he does everything reluctantly.
An hour waiting for the airport shuttle and it never came

The hotel is super dirty, don't spend your money here and even less your spirits with these people who lack a vocation for service and education.

The room is so-so. It's close to the airport so it's still a bit noisy. Breakfast is extra charge. The front desk service is OK. Everything else is OK except breakfast.
