ADDITIONAL INFO: Water, Wi-Fi, and Air Conditioning We provide filtered water, high-speed WiFi, and a well-maintained A/C system to keep you comfortable. The villa has several A/C units, which we upkeep by changing the filters once a month and flushing out the system twice a month as part of our routine maintenance. Please understand that this is a rental and with the constant in and out, our A/C units work much harder than normal. We ask that you be mindful of closing all doors after coming in and out of the home. We will always ensure that the A/C is working before your arrival, but if an issue were to arise as a result of doors being left open, we will send someone over as soon as possible. To avoid such instances, please be mindful of the advice laid out. Climate & Bugs Miami’s beautiful tropical climate brings warm weather year-round, along with a diverse range of wildlife. We treat the property regularly to ensure it’s pest-free, but we ask guests to dispose of trash regularly to help us keep it that way.
