Nice place to stay, except the lift is super slow…

Curtain was too short, they had to improvise and add clips to shut the middle part and glue with take the sides so sunlight didn’t come in the morning. One of the days asked for cleaning service at front desk, they said it was gonna be done but room was not done when I came back at night.

Hotel and Hotel Indigo shared Hotel facilities and front desk, new hotel hardware facilities have nothing to say, the sunset with its own large balcony is very beautiful! It is very convenient to walk to Brikell Town Center in 5 minutes!

We had an amazing stay at the W. The vibe at the pool is amazing. All the staff were helpful and courteous. Rachel at the pool went out of her way to make us comfortable , she remembered our names and gave us great tips on what to do while in Miami Beach. Claudia at the bar also made some amazing Palomas. Great staff, overall We are sad to leave, but are definitely looking forward to our next stay

Staff are super nice , polite and helpful !!! Location is great !! Bed was comfortable, modern bathroom , coffee machine is Lavazza !! Pool is beautiful and gym is awesome ! I will definitely come back !

The location of the hotel is very convenient. It's a 3-minute walk from the MetroMover Bayfront station. It's next to the seaside park and the Bayside business district. There are also whole foods and CVS within a 10-minute walk. The hotel meets intercontinental standards and check-in at the front desk was quick even on Thanksgiving Day. Sea view rooms also have a great view of the bay. The room was very quiet. Sanitary cleaning is qualified. You can only choose valet parking, and the overnight fee is 55.37, which can be combined with the room deposit and credit card payment. When you pick up your car, just reply to the parking text message and someone will pick it up in less than 5 minutes, which is very convenient. The hotel has sixt car rental company, if you don't have a car rental option. Overall very satisfied.

This hotel is really good. It's close to the beach and still dt. There are not many tourists. The hotel is not noisy or noisy. It's not like my friend's southbeach. I have been to Miami a few times and feel that this hotel is really no.1. Now it's hot season. One day, I grabbed 1200 a night and usually it is 1600, but the swimming pool closed a little earlier. The disadvantage is that there is no fan in the bathroom. My boyfriend's **** stinks. There is also water from Fuji, which is not offered voluntarily every day. In addition, it is full score. Stayed here 2 nights post cruise and we simply loved it--5 min walk from the beautiful Brickell shopping center. The best part of this hotel is the pool area without a doubt--its stunning with great service and a gorgeous pool where children are most welcome. The main lobby bar is a slight let down for us and looks a little dated but still nice. Rooms again are nice but in comparison with other 5 star properties in Miami are showing signs of age. Breakfast however in Le Mar is spectacular with simply beautiful food and if you eat outdoors the views are magnificent.

The hotel is decent but there were ssues with the bar and restaurant. When we booked our reservation we read that breakfast is included or you can pay to have breakfast included. But it isn't. In fact, when we arrived at breakfast the buffet wasn't set up. There wasn't even any coffee. When we spoke with the server he said that this was due to COVID. However, if you read the reviews from other guest you will see that they had a buffet available during the pandemic. The staff members in the restaurant and at the bar were not friendly. I recommend that management improving the working conditions of their employees. Happy employees equals happy customers.

Do NOT stay here if you have an early flight and want to enjoy breakfast. We tried to go to breakfast at the Coral Cafe at 6:00 am only to find out that breakfast doesn't open until 6:30 am. I stood by the hostess because it said wait to be seated and she just looked at me rudely and said, ”uhhh...? Do you need something or...” I replied, ”Yes, I wanted to get breakfast.” She responded rudely, ”Well, it doesn't even open until 6:30 so you're gonna have to wait.” We are diamond members and we tried to use our food and beverage credit to grab something quickly. We only had 5 minutes to eat so we couldn't sit down and eat. We only wanted a croissant that we were willing to pay $15 for and It was literally just sitting at the buffet to grab easily. The hostess was so freaking rude and argued with me and embarrassed me in front of everyone. She said I had to sit down and wait to be served. We had already waited 30 minutes for her to tell us this. She told us to go to Starbucks instead. I informed her that I wanted to use my food and beverage credit and she said, ”oh well. I don't know if it works there, but you'll just have to go there because that's you're only option. I can't give you a croissant here. You have to sit down and wait to be served.” Pretty ridiculous that I couldn't buy something to go. They also charged us $18 for our Turo to be parked in the parking lot for only a couple hours while it was waiting to be picked up! We didn't even have the car parked over night. Also, I NEVER received a receipt after checkout which is not normal for Hilton. I had to find the receipt online via the app. Will never stay here again! Super rude and terrible customer service! I have stayed at many Hiltons all over the world, but I have never been treated so poorly!
