I honestly don’t understand how this place has won any awards. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the beginning, everything was a mess. We had to do everything ourselves — even bring down dirty towels to get replacements. The towels were filthy, the sheets were stained, and the service was non-existent. They don’t clean your room unless you stay for two weeks or more. After 9 PM, the lobby closes, and you have to call a number if you need help — completely unacceptable for a place calling itself a hotel. The entire building smells awful, and the cleaning products they use are so strong and unpleasant, they literally made us feel nauseous when walking through the halls. We also thought breakfast was included, and when I asked, an employee said: “That’s what the microwave and stove are for — so you can cook for yourselves.” Unbelievable. That response alone says everything about the kind of experience you can expect here. On top of everything, it turns out there are people living here permanently, and it feels more like a poorly managed apartment complex than a hotel. It was a complete waste of time, money, and energy. I do not recommend this place to anyone under any circumstances. Avoid it at all costs.

Very good , very clean,friendly I came with my family and we having a good time and we are enjoying everything about florida and this place is awesome. Definitely I will recommend to my family and friends and of course I will stay again in this place.

Cockroach infestation My husband and I went into our room saw roaches and walked right back out. We are still waiting for our refund.
