I would totally recommend this hotel , it’s fresh the location is great the staff all friendly pool was lovely beach was lovely drinks are great but expensive and that goes for food too great but expensive. The breakfast range is outstanding but again pricey.
My only gripe was the extra $18 dollars a day per person which we were not told about for using the facilities? And we lost a whole day and night due to our flights being cancelled and they didn’t want to give any refund and wanted to still charge us the $18 dollars per person for the day we were not even there. We did argue this they took it off but refused to refund the night stay for 2 rooms was $500 so a considerable amount to be out of pocket.
But if this hadn’t have happened we would not have any complaints.

Must give a good review! The room is really nice, the service attitude is not as bad as mentioned in the comment section, and the environment is also very good. The beach is almost deserted, but the scenery is okay even if it is not a private beach. Although there are fallen leaves in the swimming pool, it is not very dirty. My skin is very sensitive but it was fine after swimming. Someone will clean the mats around the pool in the morning. Highly recommended

This was my third stay at Eden Roc, fantastic hotel – However, my third stay has shifted my thoughts. The bedsheets had a stain on them and my room was left open by housekeeping (thankfully nothing was taken, I guess no-one entered but this is a huge concern) – I was told to take this up with management and that I’d be offered compensation for a future stay (although when calling the front desk / eden roc number it says they’re not available and only connects you with off-site staff…) Very disappointed as the previous stays were fantastic.

Hotel can, but tell the truth, it is not worth the price. It is not close to the beach hotel. Parking for one night seems to be 42 knives. The room is small and has no special features. It is worth mentioning that breakfast has no style but is very delicate. Overall leave is not recommended.

It's the second time I've stayed~ the overall feeling is very good! My favorite hotel in Miami. There is nothing to say about the service, sanitation and aesthetic scenery. Praise praise praise. The restaurant is the barbecue of Francis Mallmann, the Argentine chef. It is worth a try. There is also an omakase that can be reserved. The ingredients are very fresh and creative.

We also used the private beach! Please note that service to both the pool and beach ends at 5pm. It was great that there were refillable bottles in the room and water could be refilled anywhere in the hotel! It's more eco-friendly than plastic bottles. We upgraded to a spacious junior suite, which was a great choice! Our family of four had plenty of room to spare. The bathroom was spacious, with a separate shower and chair. The amenities also had a nice scent.
It was easily accessible from the airport, and we arrived in about 15 minutes by Uber for about 3,500 yen!
From our room, we could see the neighboring tower apartment building and the beach.

Very nice hotel, beautiful decor, very nice setting, very well located 3 minutes walk from the beach (the hotel provides towels at reception). There is no parking on site but they will know tell you where to find one 5 minutes away at $8 for 24 hours. The staff is very warm, thanks to Carlos for his kindness, thanks to Omar and Noah for their welcome. They will be able to listen to you and respond to your requests as best as possible. The bedding is comfortable, the rooms are clean and spacious, the swimming pool is pleasant. Friendly rooftop with deckchairs and gym on the 7th floor on the terrace. Very nice welcome at the bar too. 15 minutes by car from Ocean Drive.

#positive #I was happy with the Mosquito Control Measures, Natural Light in the Room, Nearby Shops, Nearby Activities; downtown will be much cheaper, and staying for a few days is not necessary for people with limited budgets.

The hotel room is quite big, and the sanitation is very clean. It's good that it's not in South Beach. It's not so noisy at night, and the hotel's sound insulation is very good, and the construction on the road can't be heard at all. The staff is very enthusiastic and responsible, but the parking is only valet parking, the price is 40 dollars a day

JJINGQIANGAt the beach in central Miami, the beach is at the doorstep. The shape is a 50s and 60s building, and the interior is a modern style that has just been renovated. It is very comfortable to live in, and there are fewer restaurants around.

JJennieThis hotel is pretty good, but unfortunately it was very busy when I came, it was Christmas time. This hotel can go directly to the beach, there are two pools, there are various swimming rings, balls, etc. There are also tools for babies to dig sand on the beach. It seems that all Americans are coming for vacation at Christmas. The beach is full of people basking in the sun, and the color of the sea is beautiful. It feels a bit like when I went to Madai. When I checked in, the double room reserved by Ctrip was gone, and the front desk gave free parking and free breakfast. But ordinary rooms are relatively small, if you mind this, you must book a deluxe room.

SSoydelcastilloTerrible experience, the application reserved the worst room in the hotel, we paid for one with a balcony and they gave us a mini room with a view of a horrible construction that left us unable to sleep, they scammed us, they wanted to steal more money from us to change us to a better room which we had already paid for and which they did not have available either, the entire service was terrible and disgusting, they charged us for two nights for a room with a balcony and they gave us the bathroom room, they ruined my daughter's birthday

But without any charm. There is no room service. Old and poorly maintained swimming pool. Location ok.
Valet parking very expensive. 44 dollars. No justification for that.
Anyway. Not worth it.

It is definitely more cost-effective than domestic hotels of the same grade in Sanya. There are coconut trees around the hotel's 2 swimming pools to avoid exposure to the sun. The hotel's own sandy beach provides free sun umbrellas, bath towels and deck chairs. The hotel to the airport UNER COMFORT is about 40 US dollars, very convenient.

TTaNekaI enjoyed my stay at Hilton Garden Inn Miami South Beach. It was clean and the staff was friendly. The hotel doesn’t have a pool but it was fine considering it was a short walk from the beach, just a 5 minute walk away.

GGuest UserThe hotel is well located. Ahead of the beach. Good gym. Big Pileta. The unit (1107) was not bad, but it lacked maintenance and equipment. The telecommunications station was not in operation and they never changed it to me, even though they said they would do it.
