We really enjoyed it; the welcome and service at the reception were excellent. Our questions were answered immediately, and we received tips and recommendations. The breakfast is highly recommended; I wouldn't have expected it to be so extensive in the USA. We especially liked the view. The only drawback was the lack of storage space in the bathroom. Room cleaning, towels, and everything else were top-notch.

Property is not very up to date. Staff were polite, especially their female desk clerk. Room was clean and spacious but I had a faulty tub drain so couldn’t soak like I wanted. Also, the elevator was broken.

Very suitable for lying down, but please don't refer to all platforms when booking room types. I saw the room pictures on Ctrip before and thought that the highest-level room type that can be booked is a sea view room. After booking it, I was told that it was not a sea view room when I checked in. This is a big difference. The room is clean and hygienic, and the extra breakfast is OK. The main thing is that it is close to the beach and the location is very convenient; it is also very fast to take a taxi to South Beach. It is quite quiet at night, and the bar and restaurant on the first floor are good.
